Our approach & verification

Understand the process. Choose your next step.

From your first enquiry to an in-person meeting, our team helps you understand the options. We discuss your requirements, review agreed details and coordinate introductions with both people's permission.

We explain the service and fees before you decide to proceed.

The process

What happens at each step.

You can ask questions and decide whether to continue at every stage. An enquiry does not confirm a match or a meeting.

  1. Start with a conversation

    We help with

Our representative explains the service, checks whether we can support your requirements and outlines the next steps.

    Your choice

Ask about the process, service availability and fees before deciding whether to continue.

  2. Tell us what matters to you

    We help with

We discuss your preferences, practical expectations and the details needed to prepare for matching.

    Your choice

Explain what is essential, where you are flexible and how you would like your family involved.

  3. Complete the agreed checks

    We help with

We explain the photo, location and family-reference checks, the information needed and what each check can establish.

    Your choice

Review the scope and give permission before the agreed checks are carried out.

  4. Consider a suggested introduction

    We help with

We share relevant information about a suggested match with permission and explain why the match is being considered. If both people are interested, we coordinate the first call.

    Your choice

Ask questions, decline the suggestion or agree to speak. A suggestion does not automatically commit you to a paid introduction.

  5. Meet when you both feel ready

    We help with

If the call goes well, we help arrange a meeting at a mutually agreed place and time. Applicable fees and terms are explained before the paid step is confirmed.

    Your choice

Decide whether to meet and whether to stay in touch afterwards. Contact details are shared by agreement.

Verification

What the checks cover.

“Checked” should have a clear meaning. We explain the method used, when a check was completed and anything that remains unconfirmed.

Photo check

Purpose

To check whether the person presenting the profile matches the photographs provided.

How it works

The representative explains the method during onboarding and tells you what was checked.

What it means

This check relates to the person's appearance in the profile. It does not confirm every detail they have shared.

Location check

Purpose

To review the stated location using the agreed evidence or verification method.

How it works

We explain which location is being checked and the scope of the review.

What it means

Confirmation of a location does not establish a person's complete background or future conduct.

Family reference

Purpose

To speak with a nominated family member about their relationship to the person and relevant details they can confirm.

How it works

We explain the family member's role and contact them with the required permission.

What it means

A family reference adds context. It is not a guarantee of behaviour, compatibility or marriage.

Your representative

Guidance that still leaves the choice with you.

A representative coordinates the process and explains each step. Decisions about matches, calls and meetings remain yours.

What your representative helps with.

A person from our team helps coordinate the process and explain the next step.

  • Understanding your requirements.
  • Explaining the agreed checks and any open questions.
  • Sharing relevant match information with permission.
  • Coordinating the first call and a mutually agreed meeting.

What stays your choice.

Personal guidance supports your decision. It does not replace it.

  • Which preferences matter to you.
  • Whether you want to consider a suggested match.
  • Whether you agree to a call, meeting or contact exchange.
  • Whether you want to continue after the introduction.

Profiles are not published as a public directory on this website. A family member can make the first enquiry, but the person seeking a match must agree before their details are shared or an introduction is arranged.

Fees

Know the charges before you confirm.

Our model uses a fee for agreed introductions. Both parties are told their own fee before committing to a paid step.

Submitting the enquiry form does not collect payment or book a meeting.

Ask our team about the process and fees

Before you confirm, we explain:

  • The amount payable and what it includes.
  • When payment is due.
  • The cancellation and rescheduling terms.
  • What happens if either person decides not to continue.

Shared with permission

Experiences with our team.

Feedback from people and families who agreed to share their experience with our process.

The representative took time to understand what I was looking for. I could discuss my preferences openly and ask questions without feeling rushed. Knowing what would happen next made the process easier for me.

Aditi Sharma

We wanted someone who could explain the process to both us and our daughter. The team answered our questions and explained the fees before we decided to proceed. That clarity was helpful.

Questions

A few things you may want to know.

Practical answers about checks, choices and timing before you request a callback.

What if a detail cannot be verified?

We explain what remains unconfirmed and what would be needed to clarify it. An unresolved detail is not marked as verified.

Can I decline a suggested call or meeting?

Yes. An introduction needs both people's agreement. Tell your representative if you do not want to proceed. Any terms for a paid step you have already confirmed are explained in advance.

When are contact details shared?

The representative explains what will be shared and with whom. Direct contact details are exchanged by agreement; they are not published in a public profile directory.

Can I update my preferences?

Discuss changes with your representative. They will explain how those changes affect the shortlist or any steps already arranged.

How long does the process take?

Timing depends on your requirements, suitable matches, checks and mutual availability. We explain the next step rather than promise a fixed completion date.

What happens after the first meeting?

You both decide whether to continue. If you agree, you can stay in touch directly. Ask your representative what further assistance is included in your service.

I want to understand the service before sharing detailed information. Can I?

Yes. Start with the short callback form. You do not need to upload biodata or identity documents for the first enquiry.

Let's talk through your next step.

Share a few basic details. Our representative will explain how the service works and answer your questions.

  • Ask about the process, checks and fees.
  • No biodata upload is needed for this first step.
  • You decide whether to continue after the call.
