Terms & Conditions
These terms explain how SubhPhere’s personally assisted matrimonial service works, what each person can expect and how agreed introductions are handled.
Full terms
Service confirmation details apply to any paid introduction you separately agree.
At a glance
- An enquiry starts a conversation with our team; it does not book a meeting or create a payment commitment.
- Introductions, calls and meetings need both people’s agreement.
- Each party receives their own fee and service details before confirming a paid step.
- Agreed checks have a defined scope; they do not guarantee compatibility or marriage.
- Questions about delivery, charges or cancellation can be raised through the contact in section 11.
1. Who we are and how these terms apply
SubhPhere (sample operating name — replace with legal entity), operating as SubhPhere, provides the personally assisted matrimonial service described on this website.
You can contact us at: SubhPhere [Sample] 12 Example Road, Andheri West Mumbai, Maharashtra 400053 India · info@subhphere.com
A website enquiry allows our representative to discuss the service with you. It does not book a meeting, start paid introductions or create a payment commitment. Any paid introduction must be separately confirmed with its scope, fees and applicable terms before you commit.
How paid-service confirmation is recorded: Before payment, we send a short written confirmation (email or WhatsApp) stating the service included, the fee for your side, taxes if any, when payment is due and the cancellation points that apply.
Visiting this website, reading these terms, a relative’s enquiry or permission to receive a callback is not automatic acceptance of a paid contract. The initial enquiry form is for contact about the service only.
2. Participation and information you provide
The service is for adults considering marriage who meet the legal eligibility requirements applicable to their circumstances. Acceptance of an enquiry is not confirmation of legal eligibility to marry.
Please provide accurate information and tell us about material changes, including changes to your marital status or information relevant to an introduction. Do not impersonate another person or submit misleading photographs, documents or statements.
A family member may make the first enquiry. The person seeking a match must agree before their profile information is shared or an introduction is arranged. A family enquiry or payment does not replace that person’s own decision.
Being an adult alone does not establish every legal condition for marriage. Parental consent is not treated as permission for a child’s matrimonial profile. Eligibility wording should be checked for your intended service areas before publication.
3. The service we agree to provide
Our role may include discussing your requirements, carrying out the agreed checks, suggesting introductions and coordinating an introductory call or meeting. The activities included for you are described in your service confirmation.
- Enquiry: a request to understand the service.
- Profile suggestion: information about a possible introduction shared with permission.
- Introductory call: an initial conversation when both people agree.
- Paid introduction: the specific service scope confirmed with the relevant party, including its completion event.
- Meeting: an in-person introduction at a mutually agreed place and time, if included and accepted.
For this service, one paid introduction includes First call coordination + meeting help if confirmed; no marriage guarantee and is considered delivered when When agreed first call/meeting is coordinated.
Separately priced stages (if any): The initial website enquiry and first explanatory conversation are not charged through this website. Only a confirmed paid introduction (or another stage we have listed in writing) is charged. There is no online checkout on this website.
After the parties begin communicating directly: After both parties agree to connect directly, further introductions are a new service step and are charged separately only if confirmed in writing. Informal questions about the completed introduction may be answered without an extra fee.
A profile sent, an unanswered call, a completed meeting and a successful marriage are not treated as the same delivery event. The completion event in your confirmation is what counts for the paid introduction you agreed.
4. Checks and family references
We explain the scope of the photo, location and family-reference checks agreed for the service. We identify information that remains unconfirmed. A check of one detail is not confirmation of every statement in a profile.
A family reference provides relevant information they can confirm. Their involvement does not guarantee a person’s future behaviour, compatibility or a marriage outcome.
These limits do not remove our responsibility to carry out the service and agreed checks with reasonable care. You may ask about unresolved information before deciding whether to proceed. If material information needs clarification, we may pause an introduction until that is addressed.
Read Our Approach & Verification for the process described on this website. We do not invent criminal, financial, employment or marital-status government certification checks beyond what is actually agreed and explained.
5. Fees and payment
Our model charges each party their own fee for an agreed introduction. Before you confirm a paid step, we explain the service included, the amount payable, applicable taxes, when payment is due and the relevant cancellation terms.
| Item | Details for this party |
|---|---|
| Service included | Coordination of one agreed introduction as described in the written confirmation for that step (typically first call coordination; meeting help only if included in that confirmation). |
| Fee for this party | Quoted individually in writing before you confirm a paid step. Amounts are not listed as a fixed public price on this website in this sample. |
| Taxes and other disclosed charges | Any applicable GST or other tax is stated in the written fee confirmation before payment. If no tax applies, the confirmation will say so. |
| Payment trigger and due time | Payment is due after you accept the written confirmation for that introduction and before we schedule the agreed call or meeting, unless the confirmation states a different due time. |
| Approved payment method / recipient | Bank transfer or UPI to the business account named in the written confirmation. Do not pay any personal account that is not listed there. |
| Receipt or invoice | We issue a receipt or invoice by email or WhatsApp after payment is identified, usually within 5 working days. |
A suggested profile alone does not create an automatic payment commitment. The fee relates to the agreed introduction service; it does not purchase a guarantee of a relationship or marriage. This website does not run online checkout or a subscription for introductions.
Future price changes on this website do not silently change the price or scope of a paid service you have already confirmed.
6. Cancellation, rescheduling and refunds
Know what happens if plans change.
The cancellation and rescheduling terms are explained before a paid introduction is confirmed. They identify what has already been delivered, whether a charge or refund applies and how to make a request. Applicable consumer rights remain available.
| Situation | Approved outcome | Request method / timeframe |
|---|---|---|
| You decline a suggestion before confirming any paid step | No fee is charged. You may decline a suggestion at any time before confirming a paid step. | Refund or credit requests: email the service contact with payment proof and the introduction reference. We aim to decide within 14 working days and process approved refunds by the original payment method within a further 14 working days where the payment provider allows. |
| You cancel after paid confirmation but before the agreed activity | If you cancel after paid confirmation but before the agreed call or meeting is scheduled or held, we review whether a refund, credit toward a later introduction, or a partial retention applies based on work already done. The outcome is confirmed in writing. | Refund or credit requests: email the service contact with payment proof and the introduction reference. We aim to decide within 14 working days and process approved refunds by the original payment method within a further 14 working days where the payment provider allows. |
| One party withdraws after the initial call or before the meeting | If one party withdraws after the initial call or before the meeting, we inform the other party and discuss fair next steps. Any refund or credit decision follows the refund process and what was already delivered. | Refund or credit requests: email the service contact with payment proof and the introduction reference. We aim to decide within 14 working days and process approved refunds by the original payment method within a further 14 working days where the payment provider allows. |
| A party requests a change of date, arrives late or does not attend | Reasonable date changes requested in good time are usually accommodated once. Late arrival or a no-show may mean the paid activity is treated as delivered for the non-attending party’s side; we confirm the outcome in writing. | Refund or credit requests: email the service contact with payment proof and the introduction reference. We aim to decide within 14 working days and process approved refunds by the original payment method within a further 14 working days where the payment provider allows. |
| The agency cancels or cannot provide the agreed service | If we cancel or cannot provide the agreed service, you will not be charged for that undelivered step, or we will refund any payment already taken for it. | Refund or credit requests: email the service contact with payment proof and the introduction reference. We aim to decide within 14 working days and process approved refunds by the original payment method within a further 14 working days where the payment provider allows. |
| A material service error or misrepresentation is reported | If a material service error or misrepresentation is reported promptly, we review the case and may offer a re-delivery, credit or refund as appropriate. | Refund or credit requests: email the service contact with payment proof and the introduction reference. We aim to decide within 14 working days and process approved refunds by the original payment method within a further 14 working days where the payment provider allows. |
| The agreed service is completed but either person does not wish to continue | If the agreed paid activity was completed and either person later chooses not to continue, no further refund is due for that completed step. Future introductions are optional new steps. | Refund or credit requests: email the service contact with payment proof and the introduction reference. We aim to decide within 14 working days and process approved refunds by the original payment method within a further 14 working days where the payment provider allows. |
| A duplicate or incorrect payment is received | Duplicate or incorrect payments are refunded to the original method once identified, after we confirm the payment details. | Refund or credit requests: email the service contact with payment proof and the introduction reference. We aim to decide within 14 working days and process approved refunds by the original payment method within a further 14 working days where the payment provider allows. |
Any approved deduction must have a clear, reasonable basis. Lack of chemistry after a completed introduction is not automatically a refund ground unless your confirmation says otherwise. An undelivered agreed service is not treated as earned payment by default.
7. Calls, meetings and respectful conduct
Calls and meetings take place only when both people agree. Please attend confirmed arrangements on time or inform the representative if plans change. Neither person is required to continue the conversation or relationship after an introduction.
Treat other participants and staff respectfully. Do not harass, threaten, coerce, impersonate others or use the service to solicit money or unrelated business. Do not publish or forward another person’s profile, photographs or private communications without the appropriate permission.
Recording rules: We do not record calls or meetings by default. Recording is allowed only if all participants agree in advance for a stated purpose.
You may raise genuine safety or misconduct concerns. Nothing in these terms requires you to keep silent about unlawful conduct when making a lawful report.
8. Information and confidentiality
Information received for an introduction should be used only for that agreed purpose. Profile sharing and contact exchange require the relevant permission. The website does not publish a public profile directory.
How we collect, share and retain personal information is explained in our Privacy Policy. These terms do not grant blanket permission for verification, advertising, public testimonials or new data uses beyond what that policy and your separate permissions allow.
9. Pausing or ending the service
The service may need to be paused if information requires clarification, permission is missing or a serious concern is being reviewed. It may be ended for a substantiated breach of the agreed terms or another reasonable, lawful cause.
Notice and review process: You may ask to pause or end participation by emailing the service contact. We confirm the pause or end in writing, note any open paid steps, and explain what happens to pending suggestions.
Completed and undelivered paid services are accounted for according to your confirmation and section 6. Immediate protective action may be taken when justified, with appropriate follow-up. Raising a complaint is not treated as automatic grounds for retaliation or forfeiture.
10. Outcomes and responsibilities
We provide the agreed assistance and introduction service. Decisions about compatibility, continuing contact and marriage belong to the people involved. We do not guarantee continued contact or marriage. Any specific commitment about the number of introductions or scheduling is stated in the service confirmation.
This does not exclude our responsibility for providing the service as agreed, or any rights and remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded. These terms do not use a blanket “no liability for anything” waiver.
11. Questions, complaints and disputes
Raise a service concern.
Please describe the issue, the relevant introduction or payment and a way to contact you. Share only the information needed to review the concern. We will explain the next step through the stated contact route.
Service complaints are separate from marketing consent and from starting a new paid introduction. Applicable statutory remedies remain available. These draft terms do not require you to waive consumer forums or accept an invented exclusive court city or mandatory arbitration.
[LEGAL REVIEW: governing-law / jurisdiction language against actual operator, service and applicable law]
12. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms for future use of the service. The updated version will show its effective date and revision date. Material changes to an already confirmed paid service will be communicated and agreed where required; an update on this page does not silently change that service.
Continued website browsing is not agreement to a new paid commitment. Document history for service confirmations should be kept in the agency’s normal business workflow.
